My mission in life is to help you combat stress and find your inner zen. I want you to be the very best version of yourself – happy, calm and fulfilled, and able to get the most out of your one wild and precious life.
The pace of life today is so fast, there are so many demands on our time and so many people and things constantly competing for our attention. If we’re not careful we can end up losing touch with ourselves, who we are, and what we actually want for our lives.

I provide personal, one-to-one, and totally confidential coaching on meditation and mindfulness.
Our coaching sessions can take place face-to-face (in the north-east of England) or virtually using FaceTime (or similar).
